Drawing inspiration from travel and global wandering, the overall look and feel of The Fold is sophisticated island luxe.

The use of texture is unexpected in a hair salon and the organic colour palette explores less obvious tones of nature with blacks and burgundies providing depth and calm.

The concept of depth and mood giving way to light is introduced at the reception. Clients “decompress” on entry with deeper tones and subdued lighting in this zone, relaxing the soul and giving a day spa ambience.

There is a heightened sense of discovery and the idea of looking to what is beyond as the senses are drawn to the suggestion of the salon within .... a passageway of brightness, the hum of activity and the living colour of foliage.
